Sharing an Organization

The Nexar API is organization-centric, meaning an organization owns an API plan and has a team of users who each have access to the API. The organization can own multiple applications with credentials to query the API, which all users can access.

You can split your part limit across your multiple applications. To learn more about organizing your part limit, see Managing My Supply Subscription Parts.

Joining a Colleague's Organization

Your colleague can invite users to their existing organization from their dashboard. You will receive an email to take you to the signup or login steps. Once you have joined the organization, you will have the same access to all the organization's applications as your colleague.

Members are invited using the Invite member button shown below.

An overlay will appear where your colleague can enter your email address. You will then receive an invitation by email to accept the invitation.

The invitation will also appear on your colleagues' dashboard under Invitations. They can delete any pending invitations should they wish to.

Viewing an Organization's Users

To see your organization's users, you can see users on your dashboard, or alternatively you can click "People" in the left panel.
