Resetting Password if Locked Out
If you are locked out of your Nexar account go to the login page and click on "Request reset".
From here you will be asked to type in your registered email and confirm you aren't a robot. Assuming you pass that stage, then click "Reset password". If the email you entered is in our system, you will be sent instructions via that email on how to proceed.
Changing Password on Portal
Starting from the dashboard, select "Settings" using the navigation bar on the left.
Then select the "Profile" tab at the top. Here you will find the "Change password" button in blue.
Then fill in the boxes asking for your current password and your new password. Click save and your password will be changed to the new one.
